The best move is a prepared one.
Most of the people I place weren’t actively looking. If you’re open to the right conversation, here’s how I work, and how to give yourself the best chance.
How I work with you
Nothing about you is shared with any client without your agreement.
A short call is the best first step. We can work on your CV together later.
If a role isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you, even if it means not putting you forward.
I support you through the offer, your resignation and your notice period.
Preparing for your move
The advice I give every candidate before we start.
Keep it to two pages. Lead with your key achievements, set out as bullet points, and put numbers on them wherever you can: project values, team sizes, results delivered.
The right role rarely comes from the first conversation. Be ready for several interviews, often with more than one business, before you find the best fit.
First impressions count at senior level, in person and on video. Dress a level up, arrive early, and check your camera and sound before any video call.
Research the business, its projects and its people. Know your own story and the results behind it, and have questions ready that show how you think.
