I’m Ben Ackrill, founder of Sträva Consulting. I connect senior talent with leading organisations across property, construction and the wider built environment.
I’m based in the Midlands, with a deep-rooted network there, and I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
My background spans senior roles and executive recruitment across property development, investment funds, construction and facilities management, working with both privately owned businesses and FTSE-listed companies. That breadth gives me a real understanding of what the industry needs from its leaders, and what it takes to succeed in those roles.

I’m Chairman of Foundation 2 Change, a Birmingham community interest company supporting people in recovery, where I help guide governance and organisational growth. I also provide resilience coaching to young professionals, helping them build the confidence, wellbeing and habits to thrive in demanding careers.
